Refund policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, all wigs and hair products are final sale unless they arrive incorrect.

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
